Professional Experience

Heather Schallhorn is an attorney workplace investigator and an active member of the California State bar. Prior to joining the firm, Heather practiced business litigation with award-winning San Diego trial attorneys at the law firms of Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge and Kirby & Kirby. Her practice included representing both employees and employers in employment disputes regarding claims of discrimination and retaliation under state and federal law.

Heather conducts timely, neutral, privileged workplace investigations into employee concerns relating to discrimination, retaliation, and violations of company policy or law. Drawing upon her experience representing both employers and employees, Heather brings a balanced approach to every investigation. Heather provides employers well-reasoned oral and written investigation reports.

Heather is the proud spouse of an active duty servicemember stationed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. She conducts investigations remotely from Alexandria, Virginia, minutes from the nation’s capital.
