My name is Kym LeGolvan, and I’m the founding attorney of LeGolvan Law, where I specialize in conducting independent workplace investigations for California employers.
Prior to founding LeGolvan Law, I was an employment law litigator and advisor to California employers, where I provided advice and counsel to employers to ensure they were in compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws. This included developing employment policies and procedures, conducting workplace trainings, and coaching management personnel and staff.
I leveraged this background into working as an independent investigator to ensure that employee complaints are investigated properly. I have conducted over 150 workplace investigations into various allegations of misconduct, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and sexual assault and battery. I conduct investigations for businesses of all sizes and in all industries including in the public, private, and non-profit sector, as well as for academic institutions.
